• Completed Know Your Customer (KYC) Form

• Two Valid form of ID

• Proof of Residential Address

• Copy of approvals 

• Copy of Survey Plan/Cadastral

• Land and building tax receipt for current year

• Lease receipt, only in the case of leasehold
